Many of you went through your year-end evaluation recently. How did it go? Did you crush it? Or did you feel your evaluation was off the mark—or worse, discover that you didn’t achieve what you set out to at the beginning of the year?
No matter where you are in your performance year, it’s time to start preparing for the next evaluation right now. It’s too important a task to do at the last minute, and hard to rush while you’re doing your day job. It’s a process just like any other—and batching, as we all know, doesn’t lead to great results.
